Jerusalem aritchoke and shrimp pasta

This delicious recipe is simple and ideal for a romantic evening.

Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.

In a saucepan gently brown the onions, garlic and jerusalem artichoke powder in the oil. Add the shrimp and wine and cook on a low heat until ready.

For each dish serve up the pasta, the shrimp and veggies and sprinkle with coriander.
