Jerusalem aritchoke and shrimp pasta
This delicious recipe is simple and ideal for a romantic evening.
- 1 pound of your favourite pasta
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons jerusalem artichoke powder
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 1 pound of medium sized shrimp, shelled and cleaned
- ¾ cup dry white wine
Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
In a saucepan gently brown the onions, garlic and jerusalem artichoke powder in the oil. Add the shrimp and wine and cook on a low heat until ready.
For each dish serve up the pasta, the shrimp and veggies and sprinkle with coriander.Go back to Recipes
