Raw nut milk with Jerusalem artichoke powder
- 1 cup of mixed nuts : cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.
- 1/4 cup Jerusalem artichoke powder
- 2 litres water
Soak the nuts for 24 hours. Throw out the water from the soak. Put the nuts in a bowl with 2 litres of water and the Jerusalem artichoke powder. Blend for 10 minutes. Let sit for one hour. Filter through a strainer. Add a couple of drops of vanilla if desired.
Mix ¼ cup of cacao and a touch of agave syrup.
Add one cup fresh strawberries, a touch of agave syrup and blend.Go back to Recipes
